The First Document Concerning The Imminent And Present Danger On The Threat Of Suggestion Of The Possibility Of The Intention Of The Declaration Of War

We, the Distinguished Members of The United Nations of Third Planet from The Star System Sol, (commonly Addressed as, and forthwith Known as, The World), hereby do somenly Pledge and Swear, according to This Document The First Document Concerning The Imminent and Present Danger On The Threat Of Suggestion Of The Possibility Of The Intention Of The Declaration Of War, to Satisfy and Fulfill these following Conditions to the best of Our Abilities:

Primoris, that We, the Distinguished Members of The United Nations of The World, Shall not Threaten to Go to War, unless upon Invocation of The Second Clause of This Document, Reading as Follows;

Secundus, that We, the Distinguished Members of The United Nations of The World, Shall not Threaten to Go to War unless Necessary, unless upon Invocation of the Third Clause of This Document, Reading as Follows;

Tertius, that We, the Distinguished Members of The United Nations of The World, Shall not Go to War unless Convenient or that We so Desire for whatever Reason we Deem Reasonable, and;




Quartus quod Permaneo, that We, the Distinguished Members of the United Nations of The World, Shall Agree to Convene Next in the Time of Five Years to Discuss and Pledge Allegiance to The Second Document Concerning The Imminent and Present Danger On The Threat Of Suggestion Of The Possibility Of The Intention Of The Declaration Of War,

And Discuss The Need of The First Document Of Legalisation Of Nuclear Weapons And Weapons Capable Of Mass Destruction, Including But Not Limited To Aforementioned Nuclear Weapons.
